I agree if you run these cards in a dragon deck then they would be deadly as most of there effects would work.

P.S i love the "Dragon's Call For Family"
imo every theme should have one of these wheter it be monster, spell, or trap
Warriors have "Reinforcemnt of the Army"
SpellCasters have "Magicians Circle" and "apprentice magicain"
and then you have the rest like tomato, giant rat and shining angel

Magical Drink is a little imblaanced, it would get limited in a hurry under most cases, considering it'd activate DW effects. Now, if it were more like the original Card of Sactity (the one used in the yugioh anime), it'd probably be more balanced since it wouldn't activate DW. I have a suggesstions for a card.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned except by tributing 3 Dragon-type monsters. When this card is tribute summoned successfully, destroy all spell and trap cards on the field. Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 200 points for each Spell and Trap card in both player's Graveyards. As long as this card remains on the field, neither player can activate set spells or traps.

This card is kinda like Jinzo and Spell Canceller combined. However, there are a few things that I believe make this card balanced:

- Requires 3 Dragon-type monsters as tributes (not too easy, but not a pain in the butt either).
- Spell/Trap destruction only applies when he is tribute summoned (not special summoned from the grave).
- This card's second continuous effect only applies to SET spells/traps. This means either can still activate spells directly from the hand, but neither can activate traps.
- 200 ATK per spell/trap in both player's graveyards shouldn't be overkill.

Anyway, that's what I think for Black Star Dragon of Corruption. Now for it's counter-part.

During your battle phase, before this card declares an attack, remove from play any number of Dragon-type monsters. This card can attack once for each Dragon-type monster removed from play in this way during this battle phase only.

Rulings:
- If you do not remove Dragon-type monsters from your graveyard before the attack, this card CANNOT attack.
- If this card is face-up on the field, and Skill Drain is activated, Skill Drain will not negate this card's effects. However, if Skill Drain is active when this card is summoned, this card's effects are negated.

This card is balanced in the sense that you have to weaken it in order to attack with it. In addition, it can't attack if you don't want to weaken it. Finally, even though it isn't vulnerable to traps, it is vulnerable to spell cards, and can be dealt with in a number of ways. Anyway, I think those are some nice support cards for your Dragons of War set.

nice stab at the unions. You pretty much hit it on the spot. Although I would suggest reducing the level fo Luna by 1 and having her switch to DEF anytime she attacks. Just my opinion though.

You can leave the ATK. You just will need to include the DEF after attacking bit. If you reduce her ATK by 300, her level by 1, and put in the DEF after attack, she'd be underpowered. I'm saying just include the -1 star, and add the DEF effect. But other than that, it's fine as is.

More great cards. Draw would be killer in a Cyber Dragon/level monster deck, since it gives both you and your opponent the chance to draw a card for every special summon. I'd definitely throw that card into my Ultimate Insect deck, since it uses a LOT of special summons. Graveyard of the Undead is a tad overpowered. I suggest that you make the destruction portion as a result of battle only, so that it reads like this:

Undead Graveyard
Field Spell
When a Zombie-type monster is destroyed as a result of battle and sent to the graveyard, you may special summon it to your side of the field at the end of the damage step.

(just to clear up some combo confusion)
Rulings:
- (DNA Surgery) If DNA Surgery is set to Zombie, then either player my Special Summon any monster that is sent to their graveyard assuming they have room on their side of the field for the monster at the end of the damage step.
- (D.D. Warrior Lady) If you special summon a Zombie-type monster that battles with this card at the end of the Damage Step, D.D. Warrior Lady's effect will still remove both monsters from play, however this effect will apply after the monster destroyed by D.D. Warrior Lady is Special Summoned, so any effects that would've activated as a result of the Special Summon would apply before D.D. Warrior Lady's effect could remove the monster from play.

Those are all the rulings I could think of for right there. Let me know what you think of your new card.

One more thing, Ring of the Warrior is a tad confusing. I think you meant for the effect to read as this:

This card can only be equipped to a Warrior-type monster. As long as there is a face-up Dragon-type monster on the field, the equipped monster cannot be destroyed.
