Well, his effect says he cannot be normal summoned or special summoned, but then reads that he can only be special summoned by the effect of another card. Are you saying that he can only be special summoned by that effect and can't be special summoned after that? Plus you leave him open to being flip summoned. Is that what you were trying for?
