I can tell it's a fake because it has "sucessfully" spelled wrong. it's at least missiong the 'y'/ So, I'm pretty sure it's a fake. In addition, I doubt it'd have the code FC03-EN001, and not have special lettering or picture.

I find the name Raiser an interesting one. However, I think we can all be assured that the dark monarch is gonna be a fiend-type.

Well, we've notice now. Since you mentioned it and all.
As for the card up top, it's petty decent, but I wouldn't run it. Not because it's fake or anything, but I just wouldn't run it. It looks pretty real though, who ever did that was no slouch.

Not only those it remove it from the field it puts it back on top of the deck so they can draw it agian.
Anything that can do a Instant +2 is just broken in Advance format I will abuse the hell out of it.
