when i open yvd, I click " Duel " and a error message pops up.

it reads :

Failed to load control 'MSFlexGrid' from MSFLXGRD.OCX. Your version of MSFLXGRD.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

What does it mean, and what should I do to fix it ?

( it says one day has passed between posts, but it was day before yesterday when i posted first message from where i'm at.)

I get that has well depending on the coputer i'm useing. You can downlaod those part on Xerocreative.com when you click the YVD downlaod section scroll down till you find the file your missing the click and download and overwright the exciting one
