you have 1 G-mod who hasn't logged on in like a month, and a handful of regular mods who haven't been on in ages.

IMO you shouldn't promote any more members. you don't have the member base. I remember when there was like 1 mod for 20 members on the board. you have the same problem now. IF anything you should start cleaning up house and just get rid of inactive staff?

I could mod if you like I have lots of free time now.
