I have deleted all inactive members, I have also turned on new registrations so we can get new members here at DHQ. Im still looking to load up on staff to get DHQ back to the days when we had so many mods that no one dared to get out of hand LoL. Any comments or ideas please post here.

Well getting enouph staff to be as you said it would probably keep people in line lol.

Well, this may be a bad idea, but i have seen it on other sites. what about having each of the lower mods watching a certain section or category. Like having two/three watching the yugioh card game section, another two/three watching the video games etc. section.

like that for each section. Just an idea.

More Moderators will also mean you would have to trust more people . If you have for example 4 Global Mods who are ALL active then that would be better then having 6/8 G-Moderators where some sometimes are inactive and some having a doubt for being trusted .

Imo add 1 more Admin so that when you and TDG are inactive that Numel and the other admin can run things .

Demod 3 Mods and add 1/2 active ones .

If every Mod is active then keep it the way it is now . Just add 1 Admin IMO . That way its more balanced .

I'd go with what Yondaime said. We have 500+ people and just 2 admin's and 5 G-Mods, all of which are active. Trustworthy staff + Active Staff together is hard to find seeing as how a lot of people lead lives outside the internet lol.

Well I figure it this way having Trustworthy staff is great but the problem is that not everyone likes each other I know some of you all think I'm a retard so eh but Having more Staff would be nice just don't pick me because I haven't modded ever and I'll be the first to break a rule before upholding it lol

Well most staff here are trustworthy, they are just a bit on the inactive part. I just finished school so I will be on quite often.

lol I guess I was trustworthy staff when I was a mod about a year and a half ago, but things changed and I think there are a few here who dont really like me, but if he/she has a problem with me they need to take it to AIM or MSN. I've learned quite a few tricks of my own and would love to help out one of the boards that made me the TCG player I am today. That's why I came back.

I will look at all options posted and go from there thanks for the support guys.
