As you all know, DHQ is basically dead. But, with a little work, we can all change that.

Please invite everybody you know back to DHQ. The staff is willing to work to help DHQ clean and alive for everybody. Currently, I cleaned up all staff positions. There is currently:

-No Deck Support Crew
-One GFX member

Please invite fellow members into these groups. The Elite Member group is only for those who have over 1,000 posts. If you are in it and you don't have that amount, consider yourself lucky.

I will send out E-Mails to members soon, so keep your eyes open. If you have any suggestions please post them here.

2. If you are looking for staff than just get all of the current members and have them hold a vote to whom should be staff and they cannot vote for themselves and can only vote once.

3. I should be able to help out with making good and resourceful topics since I am able to post up to 100 times a day without spamming(Even on a dead site).

4. I WILL help you all find members.

5. To get the forum more active, DO NOT do stupid things like, get (X) number of active members to become a mod etc...

6. Have fun and try to make amends with all of your rivals so this site can have a nice and peaceful atmosphere.

I've been pretty actice, as always. If you need a mod, (who completely apologizes to the entire DHQ staff, especially TDS and Numel, you know about what) that you can trust, let me know. I can be active, and know what I'm doing when it comes to punishment and what not.

Well, want a suggestion? Well lets see, this board was one of the first I was on, I admit staff has been lacking and changes need to be made. You as staff are to take care of that. My board, yes, the one that im sure some of you look down on, actually hold a contest every two months, it brought in 40 members last month and the month before 20+ members. These are the only details im gonna give now, if you are going to use my suggestion I'll gladly give it to you, if you and the rest of the members are willing to TRY, I am willing to give you the suggestion.

Make a section for non-Yu-Gi-Manz downloads like GunZ, Fablestory, etc they seem to be popular.

We need a chatbox at the bottom of the forum that will boost activity.

Reaper , I said that because your suggestion post seemed like a suck up or short version of how you wanted to be a mod , since you said you would bring members , be active post alot etc . See indirectly you were basically implying that , werent you not o.o ?

1. Please don't talk about who should or shouldn't be a mod atm. With the current activity, or lack there of, 2 mods and admins are more then enough. When activity begins to rise and the need occurs then we will start considering people for the positions.

2. If flaming starts in this topic, I will warn members for doing it once, and suspend them for a day if they continue to do so. Consider this your verbal.

3. I've added a pokemon forum, and will probably add another new forum later. I will also be removing several forums that are only dead weight atm.

4. We will be updating the site rules soon, adding new ones, and more clearly defining the old ones.

25 votes, and flamming an ex-mod here. Please, if you have to complain about something take it off the board. If you can not manage that you do not need to be here. He's an admin on my board and has been since at least late Feb./Early March and he hasnt ever been demoted. I'd have to say he would make a decent admin/mod here. So you also have no right to ask if he does or does not deserve modship.
