Eh, now isnt really the time to come back unless you have oudles of money.
Cause competive Decks pretty much require
3 Card Trooper
3 D-Hero Malicious
3 D-Draw
Its just really expensive.
However, Monarch Decks are still competitive, but you need to get your hands on Raiza, The Storm Monarch first.
