when do I get access to the title thing?

honestly, when I asked my last question, I could have cared less about actually having a personal photo, I asked it cause I believed that the custom title thing may have been under that option

I do have one more request, when an admin comes in and rules on my question, could they please leave a reason when they leave their answer and locks it (it keeps me from having to make another thread to have a reason explained to me, thanks in advance)?

Things are earned here at DHQ by posting. Editing the Member Title is obtained at 200 posts. Other things like Elite Member status is earned at 1,000 posts. It's basically a reward for being active.
