I want a fun competitive Toon deck any ideas on how to start it and what should go in it. Also i have been out of the game for months now and don't really know whats going on so any new Toons let me know I'd really like to try and get back into the game.

I suggest 3 toon world, 3 toon table of contents

Also, cards to protect your toons and your life points while they are vunerable. Loss of a toon world can result a massive set back, make sure you can back up what ever your opponent may have planned with Negate Attack, Magic Cylinder.. Things of that nature

I also found it helpful to have cards that return your opponents moster to their hand, giving you more time to get toons onto the field
