I think we're fine as is, anyone over the age of 12 can figure out what the word filters are blocking anyway. I do think we should advertise ourself as a more mature site however.

I agree that filters are stupid. what's the difference between sh1t and ****? But I don't agree that we should be an R rated site. ANd we are a G rated site, not a PG 13 one.
To get to PG 13 I think we need 3 things.
1) no filters (easy to bypass anyway)
2) a serious spam forum where people can post anything, dedicated entirely to fun mindless posting (which the tire fire is sort of doing, but it needs to just be a tire fire without the subforums.)
3) a flame war area where people can go to vent about members they dislike and not be reprimanded for it, as long as they keep it in that forum and arent posting like...death threats and stuff. Or only posting there without posting elsewhere.
Everything else is fine the way it is.

The way I did things on my forum, I chose to let people be able to swear, so long as they don't excessively swear.

I agree with FC.
Spam Forum and Flame Forum would help out alot so long as it stayed in that forum.

each topic usually dissolves into a melee of random posts that aren't always easy to understand. But that's what makes this fun lol.
I say the site is probably good with it's current rating, but go with FC's ideas for a little flare to spice up our lives a bit.
side note : Wow, I just realized I have now been a member for over 2 years. sorry, probably means nothing to you guys but I thought it was interesting. Go dedication I guess lol.

the way i see it there are people here that are young unlike me i am 23 but a duelest can be any age so why not keep it clean for the younger generation
