Right so i'm going to take my chances at making a booster pack. Some of you might reconize a few cards as remakes of cards I created long ago.

This card is unaffected by Monster Effects other then its own. At the end phase that this card was Special Summoned due to the effects of "Mystical Dragon of Hope LV 4," you may tribute this card to Speical Summon from your hand or deck 1 "Mystical Dragon of hope LV 8."

This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effects of "Mystical Dragon of Hope LV 6." While this card remains face up on the feild you may negate the activation of a Monster Effect and destroy the Effect Monster.

While this card remains face up on your side of the feild, Down Grade the Level of all Dragon Type Monsters on your side of the feild and in your hand by 1.

All the real LV cards have to destroy a monster in battle, or destroy a monster with it's effect, or something to level. you can just level these cards too easily. But i like the queen dragon's egg.

Lots of things poped in my head with that card Bind and lv limit were the worst.

I don't understand how they are to easy other then LV4.

"During your Standby Phase, send this face-up card to the Graveyard to Special summon 1 "Armed Dragon LV5" from your hand or Deck."
At the end phase of the turn this card is summoned you may tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Mystical Dragon of Hope LV 6" from your hand or deck.
if i summon armed dragon, it has to wait a turn to be tributed for LV 5. with mystical dragon of hope, you have a level 6 out in just 1 turn.
even if you apply a scenario where a recruiter is used in the previous turn to have your LV on the field at the start of your turn, you can still see the advantages of mystical dragon of hope.

Actually, the other lvl monsters being harder to summon makes sense. Here's what i mean:
With the excetion of lvl 3, all of the Armed Dragon's forms have effects. Also, several other level monsters have an effect at their beginning stage. (Mystic Swordsman lvl 2, Horus lvl 4, etc.) Meanwhile, the Mystical dragon of hope has no effects pertaining to other monsters on the field until its final form. Because of this, I think it's okay to make them easier to summon than Horus and AD.
BTW- Nice cards.
