i went to it...it completely sucked.
ok, here is how it is. in all the tournies i looked up on like youtube and stuff it was ususally 3-5 stock, bout 8min., only certain stages, and absolutly no items, and 1v1...
but this P.O.S. tourny was SWAY different. it was 4-free for all...the whole tourny!!!!!! except the last match= gay
3-stock...kinda bad with 4 ppl
ALL ITEMS!!!! including smash balls= wtfzorz?
no time and random stages= a 20 min fight in NewPort City, and a cheap kill as one of my best friends from school got the stage flipped on him (that metroid one) and lost...and that is how i won my first mach...oh did i mention the gayest part?
YOU COULD ONLY USE THE STARTING CHARACTERS!!! WTF IS UP WITH THAT!!!!!!
anyway i lost the second match my getting hit with ike's smash (he is good with 3 other ppl on the screen and items all over the place you dont even see that smash coming sometimes) then to metaKnight's final, and when it was just me and Mario (yes Mario) left he just ran away from me until a smash ball appeared b/t us and he used his meteor on it and got it in one punch...and i was fireballed off the screen...gay...just pure gay
but on the bright side i got to meet some old friends that had gratuated from my highschool and fought all of them in my first match, that was cool.
