Yeah it had lots of talk of being good in macro and such but in the end I think most people agreed that it wasent as good.
I think it has some potential but then them drawing into new cards is never a good thing.

Zabby is the Thunder Monarch. I guess they felt the need to make an actual Light Monarch.
And...the Light Monarch isn't trash; not if you know how to use it.

You blow up tokens like goats, scouts, survivor, frog, dead cards in your hand, etc.
So its good for you and could be used for a late game atk.

Its not bad, but not the best.
I would prefer it over Zaborg.
