I really expected more from the players of the 50th considering the decks we saw. All and all Lazaro finally got his first win and what better way to do it right?

So lets talk about our current meta and where you think it may lead in the coming months. Will we see the same extremely fast decks or will it slip into the more casual monarch deck? Will gadgets see more play? Can sammys get to top? Marco or will we seem something new?Even Exodia made an appearance. Has the game sliped into a new "chaos" meta? So just how diverse is our current meta?

that sucks that nobody plays with orginal decks anymore. i mean they are more fun and the dark armed dragon sucks. it would have been better if it was armed dragon.

6sam can top. so can DDT, oppression gadgets and vandy gadgets. It's not a matter of competition; it's a matter of quantity. There were probably 70+ decks with dark armed dragon in it.

Dark armed dragon is good. But it isn't unstoppable. it falls just as easily to mass removal as anything else.

when caius gets released, we'll see more dark support, but we'll also see the return of monarch decks. I know I'll be maining 3 caius, 3 zaborg and a raiza.

Well monarchs seem to always have success, history shows us that. But the players that win are the players that read and make very little if any mistakes.

And I agree Dark armed isnt unstoppable but sometimes even if you side you dont get it. a lot of variables come into play when playing the game guy tops a cylinder, dark armed, avarice, brain all kinds of things in different situations. The game if full of surprises I think the faster deck wins often today if you dont get that little suprize of course.

I've always been a fast player I dont like relaying on skill thats why I ran Demise and ddt at all of my regionals. Lets sacky for the win amiright?

Cosmos will be good and I think Exodia will be alright.

Thank you for pointing that out. I'm getting sick of people thinking that DAD is the be-all end-all deck type.

I tried Gearfried recently and successfully. Also a new age bazoo thing and it works too.

i just think its to OP sack a dark monster to destroy a dark monster. with 28 attack and a 3 dark special summon sac. way to easy to use.
