prob drop Tubby David for Gliscor for some extra fighting protection. but not really a big deal.
I never find Electivire any good currently or at least not that set. Tbolt/Flamethrower/HPIce/Chop gets alot of kills for me though.
If you make the Gliscor change you need Stone Edge on your Gyara or other Gyarados rip you up. on second thought just leave Hariyama.
on Yanmega i normally like a hidden power over protect and then only protect or hypnosis as the last slot. HP ground would be cool for Heatran maybe, or standard hp ice.

On Shoddy the other night I went about 12-2 with at least 4 Gyara bait Motor Drive sweeps. And maybe 2 were Yan Hypnosis sweeps.
The only thing that annoys me is Weezing.
Also, I like Hariyama. =] It's the only non-OU thing im not using.
Electivire is my favorite pokemon. <3 It really works.

212 is the EV spread for HP so Gyarados can get the most out of your leftovers.
