this deck has no unity within cards, none of the cards match each other, and it looks to me like you just took a big jumble of what you think are good cards and you shoved them together.
there are alot of things that shouldnt be here, and there are alot of things that you are missin to make a good deck.
you stil need to work on what "Vito Ryu" stated earlier, which is structure,form, strategies, and unity.
